Reopening Check In
After a long time full of planning, Patscheider Sport started a gigantic project with the Serfauser Seilbahnen. We re-planned and designed the new Check In with great attention to every detail, the old one was torn down, rebuilt, renewed and painted. Thanks to the efforts of everyone involved, the complex renovation become one of the largest and most modern ski depots in the world. With a dimension of over 3,000 m² we unite an innovative ski storage, highquality rental, service and a shop directly at the cablecar bottom station in Serfaus.

- Everything under one (new) roof: as usual, you can expect a depot at the check in, a professional service center for tuning and repairs for more fun on the slopes, as well as a first-class ski and snowboard rental with a large selection - only nicer and bigger

- Ski in – Ski out: without climbing stairs, take the escalators directly to the depot and onto the slope
- You forgot your goggles or gloves? No problem. In our shop you will find all the accessories for your perfect ski day with more space for advice

This is how our new check box works
In order to make the start of the day of skiing even easier and more comfortable, we have developed the Check-Box over the past few years with well-known partners from technology, design and industry, and the result is a depot system that has never existed before! But what exactly is behind it? With the patented Check-Box we are presenting a real world first, in which, in addition to ski boots, there is also space for gloves and a helmet with goggles. High-tech combined with first-class service – this is how our new depot works!
Each customer receives a Check-Box in which their personal equipment is stored. Our service team take over the filled box and store it safely in the depot. The box is equipped with a high-tech induction system that not only dries the skis, gloves and helmet overnight. The casual shoes provided will also be warmed during the day. The Check-Box is handed over conveniently via a turntable at the counter. On the way out, pick up your skis or snowboards - your own or rental models - and the day of skiing can begin!

FAQs - frequently asked questions about depot and rental
You can conveniently reserve online via our Rent Online platform. There, you can select your desired dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, and the required equipment. Reservations can be made at least two days before the start of your rental.
Your reserved equipment will be available from 3:00 PM the day before. This way, you can start your vacation in a relaxed manner.
Yes, families receive attractive benefits at Patscheider Sport: Children up to 10 years old rent skis or snowboards for free when accompanied by two adult guardians (children's ski boots and helmets are not free of charge). When booking online, this will be taken into account as soon as all persons have been entered into the system with their reservation and the booking is completed.
A free exchange is possible at any time in all rental shops, as long as the same model and price category are available.
Upon request, the equipment can be picked up the day before from 3:00 PM at the specified shop. For organizational reasons, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee that the desired model will be prepared for you the day before during peak times.
1. Reservation: Ski depot bookings can be conveniently made online.
2. Get your digital ticket in your Wallet: The ticket booked online is if you wish stored directly in your wallet and is digitally valid like a paper ticket.
3. Or on-site Check-in: Upon arrival, a depot ticket is issued, indicating the depot (A-F) and depot location.
4. Deposit: Equipment is dropped off at the appropriate depot counter (skis/snowboards or check box for boots, goggles, helmet, and gloves).
5. Pick-up: Equipment can be dropped off or picked up at the depot at any time and as often as desired during regular opening hours.
The ski depot can be conveniently reserved online via the Patscheider Sport website.
Yes, the ticket booked online is stored directly in your wallet and is valid digitally like a paper ticket.
Changes or cancellations to my booking can be made anytime via my customer account on the website or you can send us an email to rent@patscheider.com with your details or call us at +4354676202.
You can book online up to two days before the first day of the rental period. This lead time is required for us to prepare and service your equipment in time.
If you would like to switch between ski and snowboard equipment, just let us know at the time of booking which equipment you are going to need first.
