Our online rental service allows you to save time and money: conveniently fill in the online form from home and enjoy more time on holiday, as well as a 10% discount. With your customer account you also have the option of making changes to your booking easily from home or canceling it up to 3 days before arrival without giving a reason. If you want to cancel your booking afterwards, please write us an email or give us a call.
The 10% discount is available only for online bookings and advance payments.
Yes. Our online rental service is also available to book storage space. However, the discount is only valid for ski equipment, not for the depot.
You can book online up to two days before the first day of the rental period. This lead time is required for us to prepare and service your equipment in time.
In order to be able to adjust your binding safely and in accordance with current ISO standards, we will not only require your first and last name, address, and email address, but also details concerning your body height and shoe size, your weight and date of birth. Should you also wish to rent equipment for your partner or entire family, please make sure to provide their data too.
The payment methods available for online bookings are credit card, American Express, Diners, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. Card types accepted are Mastercard and Visa.
Of course, you are allowed to keep your equipment for as long as you need it. You will be asked to pay the remaining amount upon return of the rental. This does not affect your 10% online discount.
If you would like to switch between ski and snowboard equipment, just let us know at the time of booking which equipment you are going to need first.
If you would like to change your booking, such as the date of rental or pick-up location, after you have received a confirmation of booking, please login to your online customer account and there you can do the changes, up to 3 day before your first rental day, of your choice. If you have further questions please email us at email@example.com. We will gladly provide further assistance.
Once your booking has been completed successfully, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email. If you still cannot find it, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +43/5476/6202.
Yes, ski poles are already included in the rental price of the various categories.
You can enjoy the benefits of our family package if both parents rent their skis or snowboard with our ski rental in Serfaus. In this case, your children up to the age of ten receive their equipment (skis, boots, poles, and helmet) for free. The deal is also available online, once both parents have registered with our system and completed their booking.
TOP Class equipment may be changed only once during the rental period, VIP and SUPER VIP Class equipment may be changed once a day.
All skis and snowboards are fully serviced before every new rental. The desired equipment will be handed to you in top condition.The rental price includes one further service with base repair, edge sharpening, and waxing. Each further service will be charged.
If desired, you may pick up your equipment from 3 p.m. on the day prior to the beginning of your rental period at the shop specified. Due to organizational reasons, we unfortunately can not always guarantee - espacially in very busy weeks - that the model of your choice is prepared one day before.
Yes. We will refund the remaining rental period with or without a receipt of a medical certificate.
Should you have serious reasons to cancel your holiday, such as a pandemic, an illness or bereavement, we will refund the full amount.
At Patscheider Sport we will refund the entire rental price in the event of a cancellation or partial cancellation, even without giving us a reason. You can cancel the rental by yourself up to 3 days before the start of your rental in your Patscheider Sport customer account. After this time you can send us an email to email@example.com with your details or call us on +43 5467 6202.
