Winter Season 2020/21

Dear guests,
We know that the current situation – due to the Coronavirus – is still very unsettling and making your vacation planning difficult. The situation is constantly changing and reliable statements are difficult to make, especially in this times. But there is also good news: with the necessary precautions and safety measures, a winter season 2020/21 can still take place and the whole Patscheider Team is looking forward to it /very happy about it!

Care- and riskfrer booking

We want to do everything to make your holiday booking this winter season with us here in Serfaus- Fiss-Ladis as carefree and also risk-free as possible despite the Covid-19 situation. Therefor we put together the most important topics relating to our hygiene- and safety measures and cancellation conditions.

  • We recommend to all guests an online booking of our rental material and depots to simplify the processing and to shorten waiting times
  • A free cancellation is possible at any time. If the rental material or Depot is returned prematurely during your stay, you will receive the difference from us
  • We reduced our Depot capacity for your safety. We can therefore only gu- arantee a depository space for online depot reservations or bookings

Our safety and hygiene measures for your health

The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority, which is why we ask all of our guests to adhere to the following guidelines self-reliant during their stay:

  • Mouth and nose protection is mandatory for all employees and guests in our shops (multifunctional tubes, bandanas, buffs are also accepted)
  • Please keep a minimum distance of at least one meter to other people who do not belong to your household
  • Please refrain from shaking hands and hugs when greeting
  • Make sure you wash and disinfect your hands regularly
  • Please try to avoid larger groups in our shops
  • Please stay at home to protect everyone in the event of symptoms of illness
  • Please use the opportunity to make reservations online for services such as booking or registration for renting sports equipment and depots

 

We also do our best to ensure that you can enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday with us. In order to guarantee you the highest possible safety, we have implemented the following measures for you:

  • Anti-viral hygiene-stations are set up for you at all entrances and at various designated points in the shops
  • All employees are tested for Covid -19 at the start and regular during the season
  • Contactless fever measurement is available for employees in the shops
  • The staff is trained (Covid-19 safety training of the VSSÖ) and prepared (employee instruction)
  • We reduced our Depot capacity for your safety
  • Our ski rental is spatially equalized in order to reduce larger waiting points and crowds
  • All surfaces and all rental equipment are regularly disinfected and traceable disinfection records are kept
  • Critical areas (such as the check out area etc.) are provided with Plexiglas
  • Signposts and guidance systems will support you in keeping the minimum distance
