Skwal stands for extreme carving, adrenaline rushes and total fun. The Skwal allows for extreme banking into turns, even at low speeds and is easy for both skiers and boarders to pick up. Its similarity to a very narrow snowboard, with the feet positioned one behind another, allows for very quick and smooth edge changing. Not dissimilar from motorbike racing, turning is performed by banking of the upper body into the turn and applying pressure to the base edge through a forward and inward motion of the front knee.
